Night guards

For people that grind their teeth. In conjunction with our dental team we are able to custom design a night guard to protect and maintain your teeth from any further wear and tear.

Severe Bruxism - Heaviest grinders

A rigid acrylic guard of 3 mm which can last between 2-5 years.

Moderate Bruxism

Typically less grinding and some clenching of the teeth, a bilaminate guard which is soft on the inside with a hard acrylic outer these can last between 6 months-2 years.

Light Bruxism

For Patients that experience clenching and the associated jaw pain, a soft mouthguard material of 2mm is utilized providing soft cushioning and comfort for the wearer, last between 6 months – 2 years.

Daytime Bruxism

An ultra-thin flexible 1-1.5 mm acrylic that can be worn during the day allowing for normal speech. This type of night guard can last 3-6 months
